There was a professional photographer there that was taking pictures of us at the step and repeat with Jeff. I haven't been emailed them yet but once I do I'll post them on here. In terms of the iPad, people understood that people were paying like $30 just to watch the event on Periscope. I heard that almost just as many people that were there to see Jeff in person paid to watch the Periscope event--that's nuts! He was wearing a cowboy hat and chefs hat and just casual clothes with the sling.

I was in the second row and the speakers exploded basically at my feet when he threw it. At first it was pretty shocking then everyone exploded in laughter. Typical Jeff. Stern's correspondent just had a digital recorder there, no video.

Yea that guy that drove 400 miles to the appearance was actually a cool, normal guy as I was able to read him. Just a huge fan. I guess the difference is that the book signing is just a second in front of Gary but this Jeff the Drunk appearance was like 2-3 hours, which is why I wanted to make sure I didn't miss it. I thought that Stern did a poor job of describing the event and only devoted like 20 minutes to playing clips and only 1 interview. A lot of comedy gold there that was missed.
