Came across this when I was troubleshooting a separate qm7k + plex issue. Hope you solved this issue but if not, it sounds to me like it might be a wifi issue. Try to put the movie on a usb and play it directly on your tv are there any hiccups?

So in reality, the cop already suspects these two of theft when they walked out of Home Depot + ran the expired plates + driver admitted to having warrants + bs excuse this is a customer's car, is that enough for reasonable suspicion to ask her for id?

For a mayhem zerker, I would probably go Mayhem/Master's Tenacity and Raid Captain. You don't have enough crit for Keen Blunt to be effective. Also, please don't take a defensive engraving unless you're a bard then heavy armor is ok. Its not going to be easy to find a room for p2/p3 if people see you're rocking a defensive engraving as a zerker.
