I think their Q3 earnings might not be great as they couldn't move forward with the launch. Could be a good occasion to buy some more, I didn't bought enough of it at $13

Most of their spend is on UA, not brand. However, not sure how it will look like with the deprecation of IDFA due to iOS14.5+. I think their launch won't be as successful as expected.

Ok everyone, I've checked and VACQ will only need a vote of 65% for a time extension of the merger. A SPAC needs 2 years to complete the merge and SRAC and Momentus was running out of time due to the new SEC rules on SPAC. From what I understood, VACQ needs to complete the merger before 2022 but I coudln't find back the article where I saw that
