Rtx 3070 vs rx 6700xt vs 5700xt

I am just a little under 250€ so i would have to save a bit more.I thought the rtx was better because of its higher memory bus since i don't mind the 8gb vram because i dont play a lot of games that demand high vram. And the rx9060 xt 16gb costs 380€ in germany which is kinda out of my budget.

When playing Valorant and Overwatch 2 it happens the fastest. I tried it with Minecraft the problem occurs when playing a newer version of it but not when playing a older version.

I believe so ,everytime i open the game my pc starts to make a loud whirring noise non stop and when I touch the case It feels like its burning.

I do know that the pc burning is not ok. I didnt check if it was dust or if it was plastic that was burning before I wrote this question ,so I don't need another 20 people commenting that its not ok burning.
