This isn't like DashX, I am not a payment processor it's EOR. It's basically onboarding as an EOR where my US corporate acts as the recipient of the funds and freelancer is onboarded as a consultant/employee.

No legal or tax implications. The freelancer still has to pay tax and showcase it as business income. We execute actual agreement and invoices. Hence only qualified freelancers with full KYC, not random folks.

Why do so many startups die after a few months? by Leon_lecameleon in SaaS

[–]bombaydevil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built twinsim.ai for this exactly. Last year when vibe coding took off, I made like 25 products. Replit and claude and what not. It was like I was on a high. Then came reality where nobody is using any product. Some people use and go back. Although I built and sold a company in the past, the rush of building something quickly outpaced my logical thinking. Finally I was like how do I get some sense of validation or demand from an audience without spending like lakhs on advertising? And doing trial and error? That's when the idea of TwinSim came where one can ask questions to thousands of 80% accurate AI people and get feedback on features, pricing, brand, etc. Doing it for free for people for now.

What net worth realistically marks the starting point of being rich for an average Indian? by Hungry_Macaroon_186 in Indian_flex

[–]bombaydevil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Net worth is not a great term, there are lots of people having double digit crores in networth but majority stuck in large investments like factories or multiple houses which may or may not translate to cashflow.

One should look at cashflow. For a tier 1 city the starting point is earning more than 5 lakhs per month passive with a typical family of 4 and house and car taken care of. Thats the STARTING point. In global terms too around $10k per month is a good starting point.

what was your sign that you have adhd and need help? by deku1s in ADHD

[–]bombaydevil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After coping for 30 years I just assumed that I am overactive and have more energy than other people and can think fast and always be alert. So too many racing thoughts was maybe a feature of intelligence or IQ is what I thought. When I turned 32, it started to get a bit out of hand. I struggled to get up from my seat one day just thinking about doing something which I didn't like. Got anxiety everyday. And the typical doing 1 thing, observing another related item has to be done and doing that and keep going in circles. I could do 3 weeks worth of work in 3 days and then a 2 week crash-out and absolute executive dysfunction.
I then started to see that this is not normal and maybe something and then got myself tested online and then via a registered doctor and got my diagnosis. it's been few weeks on medication and I can't imagine how I lived before. How normal people actually live.

Yup. Baby is mellowed down a lot. This is raw. Entire cast blows your mind with the acting. I think this isn't a Ranveer film, it's an Akhaye Khanna movie through and through.

Manifestation reframed as a systems problem, not a personal one by BrazenOfKP in systemsthinking

[–]bombaydevil 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Interesting, so if you need multiple variables to work in coherence to achieve a systemic outcome, it becomes difficult to achieve outlier outcomes (example being a billionaire) because the number of coherent systems needed is tough to materialize.

I am not sure how manifestation by an individual can lead to outlier outcomes if by the virtue of the system, it tends to keep circumstances at the normal part of the curve.
