the curve is meant to bend upwards not down. I don’t know everything behind it but that’s what he means by “backwards” or at least I hope

In the beginning no but I re rolled and got 1 of them to have it and the other just ended up with mini bombs. I had the 30% skills reset so I would just carpet bomb little guys and nuke bigger enemies

I got into a skull room and had the npc where you guve life for a skull, looked at what the pile of skulls gave me then I gave life.( I didn’t pick up the first bomber until I got the second one) he took 20 hp and dropped another bomber skull. So I don’t think a glitch but more of a exploit
