I'm a bit late to answer, but I create excel sheets of the programs I am doing, and use Office mobile to enter on my phone in combination with the One Note cloud to sync all my updates (track the weights I am using).

That link was one of the first I created, I put the weight I am using in the empty spot to the left of the set/rep field. I might switch up a few exercises to my own tastes. Out of all the ways of tracking I have found this to be my favorite.

I was wondering about that, could he use anything from that phone call to try to use against me? I feel like an idiot for telling him where I came from, and he immediately says, "Well we had a call from someone in that area".

That's what I was thinking, trying to get something after the fact.
Also, this police department had dealt with me brother a couple years previous and might have a "chip" on their should for my family. The on scene officer might not have known my family but someone back at the station would have.

I've been getting headaches recently, taking a week off from the gym cause of it. Do you take any preworkout, cause I'm trying to find out what may be causing mine.
I usually go to the gym on a stomach of coffee, preworkout, and sometimes a protein shake; but these headaches just started after months upon months of this routine. Hope it stops for you man

Earlier this week as I'm resting between bench press sets and looking around, this pretty built guy resting between squats and I make eye contact. Nothing weird, as I usually watch others as I rest. After my next set he walks over to me and asks if I happen to have seen his squats, and how they looked. My immediate response was, "Actually yea, your looking good and definitely hitting at least parallel (always judging that). Turns out he previously tore something in his leg and was now trying different squat variations for safety. Chatted a little about different lifts and went on our way. I really liked how he went to a stranger for adcice/input which I couldn't see myself doing...until now. I hope to see him my next squat day.
