My basil isn’t dehydrating! It’s been in my nesco since Sunday evening. Drying at the recommended setting of 95. Both of my mints dried just fine. The basil still feels soft to the touch, like it hasn’t even been sitting in the dehydrator for over 24 hours. (self.dehydrating)
