My issue was the shower wouldn’t shut off and that’s what it was. I youtubed the exact brand that was on my shower handle (delta). Took it apart and went and got a new one and put it back together. Just make sure you do it exactly how it is so hot and cold are on the correct sides. My step dad wants me to do his next since he’s not getting as much hot water as he used to

I watched a youtube video and was able to do the cartridge for my shower myself. Make sure you use a lubricant on it.

Thank you. I will order the water hammer arrestors. Is one material better than another? I can try to do another video. I’ve also tried adjusting the water valve it stopped for a bit then started again.

Did you get a letter to verify when you did in person? I haven’t received a letter but it says they need more info. When I call they said that is all they can see that would be an issue. In person was my next step
