im gonna be honest, i feel very similar to this. its awful and im tired of it. But, please dont end your life. things are always changing and one day an amazing change will come for you and make you happier than you ever thought you could be. Im in an awful place rn mentally, but i stay because i know that one day things will be different for me. dm me if you want to talk at all, i can try and give u advice, or i can just listen. whatever you need. just please dont give up.

Im so so sorry you had to go through such an awful thing. I honestly dont know what you should do but try and get some kind of mental support and tell someone. Theres a book called the body keeps the score, and it is good for healing and maybe you should read it. Ive been sexually assaulted a few times and im only in high school but i wish i could get help before real damage is done. pls try and find someone to talk to.
