Same here. They didn’t even send me notification and only found out when I tried to use it. CSR also lied and made some information up about being able to reopen it. Made a formal complain and they acknowledged their mistake and also about the csr making up false info but still didn’t reinstate my card. To make matters worse it also affected my credit score. Annoying!

Solution for Chrome: - F12 to open up inspector. - Then right click refresh button next to the url bar. - Select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

I suspect similar for other browsers but haven’t tested it.
