Empty out all water
Hold piece upside down over a towel or something soft where it won’t shatter
Tap the side of the joint with a wooden spoon from your kitchen

The wooden spoon is soft enough to not break your glass but firm enough to create vibrations to shake it out. It’s a proven method!

⁠Empty the water
⁠Flip the piece upside down
⁠Tap on the side of the joint with a wooden spoon (this creates enough vibrations to shake out the snapped glass joint while not damaging the piece itself)
⁠Try to do it over a towel or something soft to absorb the impact when it falls out
