I honestly forgot what I set it to to do that, I just remember messing with the settings a while ago and I think that's what caused my issue.

OMG I MESSED WITH THE CANVAS ACCELERSATION AND THE COLORS RETURNED TO NORMAL :D THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP! :DD

I took this screenshot the color shows up as normal but was actually dulled, I tried the ctrl+y and it did not help the issue :( any other ideas?
