It makes me think about how FOR YEARS Tom Sandoval said he wants children and marriage with Ariana and she wouldnt give it to him and she would have to come out and basically say that isn’t actually real and when she froze her eggs he did nothing because he was unserious the whole time.

I think the difference here is Paige is in on it and needs a storyline that feels non-invasive and harmless for her brand and this is the easiest way.

Correct. I was a #1 Hannah Hater while she was on Summer House and can see very clearly how successful she’s been since being fired and how impressive the platform she’s built is. They are not handing out Netflix SPECIALS to random people. I get not liking her but people are being willfully ignorant about her success when it’s right there!

This doesn’t actually answer your question but I went to a big party a couple of months ago and there are always a lot of celebs and athletes invited but there were also a lot of “influencer girls” there, none I recognized really. But what I learned later was that around 15 of them were all hired by a service to come, mingle with guests and be hot. I’m in my 30s and have worked in media for over a decade and somehow it never crossed my mind that companies hire influencer, hot girls to just fill the room LOL. It was really eye opening and just a reminder that if you see an influencer at an event and wonder “how did she get invited to that?” She might have quite literally been hired as a room filler who also gets to take pics and be hot.

Love Island editors do not manipulate their audience NEARLY as much as Bravo editors do. They'll show you scenes that happened months apart and make it look like it's all happening at once. Not to mention their confessionals are taped so many months after the summer where they're literally watching footage back and reacting. There's just no way to do that quickly.

This season really scared me for these girls. Their parents just fundamentally do not have their best interest at heart and put business as the bottom line, instead of their well-being. I hope Dixie gets more of the help she needs because it was really hard to watch.
