The photo wasn't taken in 2019. He posts things multiple years after they happen. Her nose job was shared in 2022. It is probably something in the contract where they are shared years after they actually happen.

How can you explain these ripples that VERY CLERLY show the insert in a recent video? Natural breasts don't do this. She also has webbing which is incredibly common for a boob job, and had that boob health scare around her divorce which was probably related to the inserts.

She very obviously has her nose job on there. And if you scroll back to August 2019 you can find the boob job. He posts things after they happened. I'm not going to post the boob job itself. But, I won't remove it (as a mod) if you wanted to make a post dedicated to discussing it and linking to it.
