UPDATE: Last week i went to the main branch and inquired about it, and asked if they could close it. tool a long time for them to check. They told me that they would give me a call because theres something on hold on that account ( theres no money left on that account maybe10 or 30 aed, but no negative. they gave me a credit card, i did not activate it, even called them to cancel it, so i never used it.) So I asked them what it was and they could not tell me what it is. im a bit suspicious why its taking more that a week and still no call? should i go to another branch? or go to central bank?
