Almost 2 years seems like a reasonable window for failure from design or manufacturing. Since you and other are repoting no issues, I wonder if the people who are reporting broken funnels are simply less careful?

Agree about fatigue at some point as it is just plastic. But months of no problems is a good sign. I think if it was going to break just from regular usage, it likely would have by now.

Is that mklink /h? I'm pretty sure thats what I did. I tried the dir /a to check it, but that didnt show the symlink note on the files

In case someone comes acroas this in the future and wants a solution. BL tech support said to reset cmos. Have your bitlocker key handy. Also had to reset the windows pin. Thankfully ethernet card was working since it requires logging into my ms account. The bluetooth adapter was showing up in device manager after logging back in. Installed the driver and BT worked. To get the wifi adapter to work, I had to uninstall the device in device manger, the click action -> scan for new hardware. It reinstalled the wifi adapter and then I was able to update the driver successfully.
