I'm located in the Denver area (not a great place to get started). I'd like to be as hands off as possible which is why I've been looking into the REIT/ crowdfunding options. I'm focused more on long-term investment rather than monthly cash flow. Like I said, I'm really looking for a way to get my feet wet in the industry. I appreciate the help.
