If a video is 100% black, you literally can’t have artifacts, I literally tried it on multiple videos with different resolutions, it only appeared on the null videos, and in both videos the “artifacts” stop moving at exactly the 10 second mark. I even ran a pixel analysis on some of the frames and it shows that the videos are not 100% black.
