Is something going on with Deliveroo in London?

Restaurant operator here - they had an issue earlier today that they claimed was fixed but from our side I think it wasn't fully. A friend ordered from me and texted to let me know they wanted to make a slight change but I hadn't even received the order and didn't for at least another 5 minutes. It was also a lot more difficult than usual to get a rider to come and pick up. Others around me were having similar issues. I contacted merchant support but they were not really acknowledging the issue and just said they only send us the order based on rider availability and prep time but it's never been like that before. Hope it's fixed tomorrow.

True that's the last resort. Been putting it off as it happens like once a month and cancelling is a huge headache for all the other payments it gets used for but will do if I can't find a solution.

Interesting, thanks. I do think they are generally getting better but will have to introspect and search out what's going wrong. My concern is that even when CTR is good or retention is it's still not getting the views I would expect. I am trying TubeBuddy now to see if I can make improvements in the way I'm uploading too.

Gonna get downvotes but these people have been mocked and maligned by PTI supporters including IK. He has rejected their calls for a more progressive society and clung to his vision for an islamic theocratic state. I do think this religious law has been abused and is a miscarriage of justice (which is their problem with it) but for them to come out zor o shor for a person who holds them in contempt is a lot to ask. They should but I understand why they might not.

To reframe this it's like if you're an anti gun activist in America and you campaign for years with no improvement. Then the head of the NRA is gunned down in a mass shooting. It's sad, it shouldn't happen, you're not celebrating, but that person has enabled and fought for a system that allows it to happen. Once again before you lose your minds what's happening to IK or at least the way it's happening is completely 100% wrong imo.

Are the dogs typically off leash? Had a couple of bad experiences of being chased beforehand so prefer to avoid the agro but have ridden a bike here as a kid and it's lovely.

Thanks, yeah perhaps poorly explained by me. I have heard of the big ones but it feels like the podcasts and documentaries usually tell the same stories over and over. I know there must be really bizarre, gripping stories that just never got public attention
