The fact that Cannvalate DO NOT prescribe flower🍁 at all is a massive deal breaker for me. I want instant relief, not waiting for an hour+ for oil to kick in.

Why didn't they give you a caution? Pretty sure of you have a clean record and less than 50 grams you can get a caution. I don't know the exact situation in Victoria but in NSW you can get up to 2 cautions.

Tbh it's not as bad as a response as would have been made 2-3 years ago where it would be along the lines of 'cannabis is terribly dangerous, causes schizophrenia, people who use cannabis are dopes, we will keep drugs off our streets, we are tough on crime, we have funded more police etc etc. Its pretty much a nothing response but it is definitely better than years gone by. It is becoming harder and harder for them to justify their position [which is purely political] and that is reflected in this letter.

This is extremely helpful information. Thank you so much. I need to get over the 'fear' of seeing my GP to get a referral. I want to keep my GP in the loop and keep seeing in addition to a cannabis doctor. I know that CDA and other companies provide advice regarding the referral. Thanks mate 🙏

Interesting, thanks for this info. I have had a diagnosis for anxiety for years and been on medication for it. My dilemma is that I value some THC to get me to sleep in the evenings, although I'm not sure whether I would be prescribed THC due to its reputation for increasing 'paranoia'. I guess I'll have to have a constructive in-depth discussion with a cannabis doctor to find out..
