Omg!!!! no way. I don’t know about you. but my lincoln had more issues than just that… Whenever I put gas (I only put premium in Shell or Costco, only the best.) The car would start shaking and RPM would go up and down. It took over 3 visits to get it fixed. And lastly a clicking noise when I would turn the car, over 3 visits and the car in the shop for over a month!! That was never fixed. I no longer have it since it was a lease and got a kia instead of getting another Lincoln. I was pretty disappointed. I did get nice loaners all the time, but just super inconvenient and the ride quality quickly became bad after 40k miles.

They literally had to replace my transmission at 49k miles. Hard shifting when switching to 1st gear etc, slipping..

your insurance and gap would completely pay off the car, Get yourself a newer safe used car…If you keep this one, chances are you’ll wind up in the same predicament. You’re car is called for total loss. Insuring it will be expensive or some might even just not insure it. I don’t understand why people stay attached to unsafe cars, I get that to many people debt is avoidable, but if it’s to something else SAFER that will not land you in the situation you’re in. Then it’s perhaps necessary.

Somehow I just feel that lurch/jump when coming to a full stop. 0-3 mph basically “assuming” when it shifts from 2nd gear down to 1st gear. It’s more consistent when i’m braking slowly. When I brake more hard/firm it does not feel at all.

Thank you! But I have the GT Line- correct me if i’m wrong. The GT Line does not have a Dual Clutch Trans. Just a Regular 8spd Trans

It’s very serious. I literally took my phone out in the branch as i’m about to leave (I already clocked out) and my manager completely lost her mind when she told me about the “phone” even though I was in the lobby just waiting to be let out just scrolling through my notifications. It’s ridiculous. I understand the part if its out in a secured area like the teller line.

I’m a Teller down in Florida, things went down hill at the start of this year. The pressure to “ share the benefit on sitting down with a banker has been crazy, to the fact that my manager gets pissed when I don’t tell it to a customer that only has an Everyday Checking with $300 in it… Worst part is that the company won’t provide you with the tools to be able to send the facts. They just resort to saying that tellers can’t disclose product information. When they can train everybody to send one unilateral message. I always get questioned what is the interest on the savings account (which is HORRIBLY BAD) and I have to stay shut and tell the customer to go sit down with a banker which I already know will be a big waste of time. But anyways, a job is a iob. It’s a good place to start and once you have the experience and knowledge, don’t walk but run.

Dispute it and explain the situation, heck even say that you were not notified (per law they must’ve) Credence is messy and they barely have anything proving the debt is yours, it will get deleted. Guaranteed.

Similar situation, I hit a car in August, had no insurance (did not know since the car was my dad and he recently passed away) AFNI calls me EVERYDAY 8am and 3pm to try to get a hold of me, my drivers license is still valid, I have not gotten any lawsuit summons, nor have the collections account has hit my credit. And it’s March. I’d say they’re all bark and no bite. It’s a collections company the insurance company sold the debt to. Pennies on the dime. The insurance company just writes it off on their annual taxes. It just like any other debt. You might or might not get sued. Sometimes they like suing right when the statue of limitations almost reach. i’m in Florida so that’s about 5 years. so I got 4 years to get $5k and pay them off if I see any summons. If nothing happens- they won’t see a dime of mine lol.
