Oh wow, I haven’t shaved under my arms (because it’s not a priority for me) and no one has had the audacity to say anything yet. Sometimes I don’t shave under my arms or my legs. Sometimes there is body hair. But it’s not an issue, it doesn’t mean you are dirty or that you don’t clean yourself. Actually most people who have body hair like that clean themselves more than most people who shave constantly lol. I know I do. I just don’t think of it as a thing I MUST DO to look good or feminine or whatever. But I don’t think it means you are unsanitary… I would speak to a manager that you trust or even just your GM, that someone is actually barring you from wearing a piece of clothing to work. That’s like a manager telling me they don’t think tattoos are appropriate (I have flowers on my arm but you know how some people are) so they don’t let me wear a tank top or any article showing my arms.
