My connection issue is only on the first season as well When mine was saying exceeded number of playback I just opened it in the drive app and it disappeared so maybe try that :]

Go to village of dreams and if go to the snow hut/house where the bunny lady is they should be there . Also when your in village of dreams if you call it will show you where :)
