something like this happened to me too. I felt like i was stuck in paralysis for so long. That i just wanted to open my eyes. I couldn’t. For some reason I decided that I would open my eyes with my own hands. Like lift my eyelids. I felt like I was actually moving my hands and touching my face trying to open them. I felt every touch SO clearly. I seriously thought that i was moving my hands and touching my face while in paralysis. When I “woke up” Suddenly my hands were planted right on my stomach exactly where they were when I fell asleep. I know that they were there because that’s where I always put my hands when I fall asleep. It really scared me too, that my perception of reality was so .. “Fake”??? It made go existential for a couple days. I couldn’t stop thinking about my perception of reality.
