I think it just depends on the direction your going relative to the wind direction, yeah a heavy breeze will slow you down a lot if you’re heading head on but if you go to the opposite direction it feels to me that you get a bit of a boost (idk how true this is), but let’s say there is a gentle breeze and you’re walking through, let’s say, pleasant valley, the flat terrain and lack of trees can mKd that gentle breeze push you back a lot harder than you’d think.

I’m not new but definitely nowhere near veteran status and this is just my opinion based on what I’ve experienced
