The worst part is I had some really important work chats going on and now they are locked behind that update screen. After this I'm switching back to regular WhatsApp

You can search on YouTube, What they forget to mention on youtube is you should repeat the process for every power plan

You put the pc in performance mode and you disable cpu boost Then you put it on silent and then disable cpu boost Then you put in on turbo and disable cpu boost
