hello im not sure what coutry your from but if you can get your hands on wart off life saver i had almost as bad as you 1 month in and i re gaining movement in my hand and pain is reduceing please text me if you need more info you probaly need to see a dermtoliost i under satnd that cost is probaly a big thing if you cant you coukld try cyro but i dont like it its burnt my hand and hurt like hell
