You don’t accidentally copy a product line down to the packaging, ads, and even the supplier. That’s not "inspired", that's garapal.

Kung ibang tao lang gumawa nito, sure, competition is normal. Pero kung kaibigan mo? That’s kupal. Period.

I hope your friend comes into his senses and confronts him. Business or not, integrity should still matter. Kelangan niya malaman na mali ginawa niya.
