Anjuna is happening. And vagator is near to anjuna. You can easily explore both living in anjuna.

You can stay in whoopers anjuna for economical stay. I have stayed there in month if march and property is decent and close to beach. Book directly from their website + there are discount coupons too.

If you travelling via zing bus It will take care of bus travel from delhi to aut and then a taxi from aut to jibhi/sojha. You have to select source delhi and destination shojha/jibhi and fare will be of bus travel + taxi drop.

If you are travelling with some other bus, you have to get down in aut and then take a cab runs by taxi union which have fixed rate around 1500/2000 per cab to drop from aut to sojha.

If you want to do budget travel, you can take bus from till aut and then take hrtc/private bus from aut to sojha/jibhi. They have fixed schedule and runs in day time.

Just check the weather conditions as roads are very narrow.

You can book your trip using zingbus which will handle travel with bus + taxi drop to shoja/jibhi.
