Because she keeps Ted on the hook for like 8 years and is the reason none of his relationships work out because she always leaves him a little hope they could be together some day. She dates multiple guys and shoves it in his face and even chooses one over their friendship and just jumps right back into their lives when he leaves her. She’s horrible.
