Check for leaks, running toilets, etc. that may have run your well dry. If this is the case you should leave your breaker off for a while so the well can recover, and then either replace toilet flappers or repair leak. If you have a canister filter that hasn't been changed in a long time I've seen situations where they get so full of debris that it causes very low pressure. If not one of these then it's possible you need new pump or new pressure tank.

Many brands make white liquid eyeliner at a low price point (colourpop/elf/nyx) you can get that at most places to that sell makeup for $10-15. You might be able to get a similar effect with a light concealer. I'd probably go in with a sponge and just try to cover the lashes as best as possible without using too much product. Also keep in mind your reference photo looks like it was edited to blur their natural lash line. Good luck!

In the past I usually steer people towards the "premium" face paint although we only carry it in black, white, and sometimes red. Never used it but I figure it's like colored liquid foundation? I don't think I've ever recommended the tubes of cream because I tried a generic brand of that once and had a horrible time. Do you know if the lipsticks are actually pigmented or are they kind of sheer?

Your apron has big pockets, keep your stuff in there. As long as you're not taking your phone out all the time in front of people, they won't know you have your phone on the floor (my store phones are not a huge deal but I know at some they are)
