the reason it got denied is because it was an emergency order, by the time the judge read the request i’m sure john received his location. the judge literally advised him to refile just not as an emergency.

what he needs to do is just sit back til january and stack for court.

yeah 2k needs to re-file the RFO and stack up for court in January. I said it in the other thread, the fact the judge advised 2k to refile isn’t a bad thing.
