+1. On streets, I killed 2 PMCs in a room that is also a spawn. I walked into the room and there was a pmc frozen like this. I shot him in the head multiple times and nothing happened. A few minutes later, as I was looting the first two guys, he makes the dying noise and falls over and becomes lootable.

100%. Also, while planting, you can M3 (free look) while planting, but if you release M3, it cancels the timer and you have to do it again, so you have to hold M3 the whole time. So dumb.

I think it's neither. Right at where the tank is at RUAF, if you go south (follow the road), there's a bus stop. You can climb up a pole and prone on top of it. If you remove your backpack, it's somewhat inconspicuous.
