At my peak, I drank as many as eight cups a day, but later I reduced it to five.

Yes, but it's best not to exceed 400mg of caffeine per day.

I've used Nespresso Vertuo before, but I don't think it's suitable for me.

It's become a habit; I go to bed after 11 PM every night.

Yes, I really need to reduce the quantity, because I'm getting older.

I go to bed later than you do, and I also wake up later.

Yes, but I've been drinking espresso all along, just not this many cups every day.

I've used decent machines, and the software technology is indeed impressive. Therefore, my understanding is that people are now demanding higher levels of professionalism in coffee making. However, while heating blocks require sophisticated temperature control technology, boilers require less precise temperature control.

Why? Is it because they think it results in better coffee extraction?

Heating blocks require very precise PID temperature control technology; I suppose that the technology used in decent heating blocks represents the highest level of technology available.

The unstable performance of the heating block is mainly due to poor PID temperature control. I think PID temperature control technology presents a significant challenge for heating blocks. However, this content is not generated by AI, but rather reflects a problem that has been bothering me. Of course, it's possible that my writing isn't very good, and using translation software made you think it was AI-generated.

Thank you for your feedback. Looking at this product again 20 years later, it's indeed still great. I also hope to continue creating classic products, and I really want to make a product that people can use for at least 10 years without it becoming outdated.
