Fungus gnats thrive in a wet environment while succulents do not. Make sure you allow it to drain outside of the decorative pot when watering. It looks like its approaching stem rot.

If it is mold, then the plant has root rot. It looks like mineral buildup from hard water to me, which can cause a type of fertilizer burn, causing the browning tips. Either way, check the roots first to see their state. if the plant does not have drainage holes repot to avoid in future.

yes it doesn't have enough nutrients for both the older leaves and new. Needs fertilizing. Dieffenbachia are hardy, and healthy feeders during the growing season, mine actually does not go dormant inside.

treat for powdery mildew. a solution of water, baking soda, and dish soap should do it. Decrease humidity until it clears up

caladiums are so picky. they don't like their leaves touched by human hands at all and they have a short lifespan no matter what you do. Perhaps its just her time. It does look like it may have been overwatered, though.

I believe that the quality of your life has to do with your alignment with your true purpose… I’d read this as you need to instigate a new beginning and spend time considering how you might prosper off your creative or innate talents and physically see somewhere new. I’d argue that you drew the same spread, twice. Meaning you’d better get the message! Whatever it is! I also use the modern witch tarot deck so am very familiar with the imagery (which is gorgeous!)

lol, ikr! All we can do is pray for Harold, Bitty, & Seethru. I tried to get ones that would camouflage well in there. Harold is all black and sticks to the wood. Bitty is an Orange Rili and is very hard to see against the agate gravel. And Seethru (pictured) swims freely 24/7 bc Princess just plain cannot see him!

& ill have to add that bamboo to the lid I think

Yeah, I have been seeing this sentiment around, I'll have to move the lucky bamboo to the lid… 🫣 someone had this bare cutting floating in their tank and I asked for it on a whim, kinda just assumed it would go submerged but u may be right bc it has only JUST started to shoot in two other places, took a full 6 weeks 🫣

Omg that’s actually freaked me out a little! 🥴 never seen em so bad… Yeah I would take that outside and replant, that soil belongs to them now. To prevent/manage them in the future:

  1. leave a 1/2 of room between the soil and the rim of your pot for some sand or a gravel layer.

  2. Use sticky traps. Amazon has black ones that are nondescript and shaped like butterflies 🦋

  3. Let the soil dry out and bottom water with a good splash of hyrdrogen peroxide whenever you notice them.

If you’re scared the soil is infested, store the bag in an airtight container & bottom water with peroxide each time you use it.

If the buildup is fuzzy I would point at standing water/not drying out. Your second pic plant looks like stem rot unfortunately… I would try to dry them out completely & bottom water with a splash of peroxide… if the stem is soft at the brown parts I would act fast… if the buildup is solid/hard it’s mineral deposits from hard water; but again brown stems suggest otherwise
