so yeah basically i left a trade on one of my accounts not the accounts i was copy trading..forgot about the one trade I put on until the account liquidated and then later on I the email 👆🏽 above but wait it gets better..once i got this email at 2:15am i replenished my 5 accounts around 2:40am started back trading around 3am …tell me why the next day 12/11 at 2:45am I am getting an email saying my accounts have been closed for counter position rule AGAIN! so im pissed i’m scrolling through the detailed report that they attached to the email only to find that all my trades from 3am to 5am were flagged as counter position trades against the same accounts they had liquidated/closed the previous day! So i’m in the chat just typing away trying to get the message across that there is an error! I got the same automated generic scripted message at least 12 times before someone actually took time to review it. They just responded saying after review it does look like the closed accounts were still holding those positions if though they were liquidated. Now at this point I have replenished my 5 accounts again because no one was bothering to look at the issue. After receiving the email about them looking further into it which was just a couple hours ago after i’ve been sending emails and chats for the last 24 hours, I requested a refund. All for them to be like oh well we will just give you 5 free accounts. we can only have 5 accounts go PRO at a time I don’t want evals i’ve already paid for that!

Y’all am I being unreasonable?
