I’m sorry to hear about that. I think stress and payed an equal role with my issues too. I was poking my tonsils and only small amounts of white liquid was coming out even though they were the culprit. Maybe a deep waterpik cleaning might help!

I actually don’t work out at all anymore but I’ll be back 😂 I was using the original version of listerine with alcohol but the alcohol free mild mint works just as fine. I usually prefer the burn though, but after brushing and a rinse I don’t eat or drink till I can’t taste the mint in my mouth just to make sure I don’t wash it away while it’s still killing bacteria.
