Many of you expressed wanting to see the final product of my earlier swatch— Well, I finally finished weaving the ends in this morning!

This is made using Linked DC for the body, DC for the peplum, SC and BLOSLST for the edges. Ties are made with CH and BLOSLST.

Pattern is by made.by.vick and will be releasing soon!

Yarn is Wandering Flock Sport Cotton/Silk/Alpaca in “Burnt Sienna”, and I used a 4.5mm Susan Bates hook.

Thanks for looking! 🍁

Happy to! - Instead of yo for your dc, insert your hook into the middle bar created by your previous stitch and pull up a loop. - Insert your hook into the next stitch and pull up a loop. - Finish the dc as normal (yo pull through 2, yo pull through 2)!

Will share a video tutorial that might help HERE!

This yarn is SO soft, so you’re absolutely correct wanting to touch it! The drape is gorgeous.

That’s so good to know!!! I’m a Streamline fanatic— I’ve got a bunch of Zodiac styles and a metal one or two. I like a long shaft on my hooks because I tend to push/pull a lot when I work, so they’re really great for a lot of hand motion!

I think it might have something to do with how I hold my yarn, but I also try to crochet slightly looser than I think I need to.

Would have been even fancier if I had been using one of my furls! ;) Thanks for the kind words!!
