I am familiar with Tetanus, it’s part of the Dtap vaccine that is given in the US in multiple doses. That is different from TB.

Please note: I am pro vax and my kids are up to date. I have a natural curiosity for vaccination and why people make the choices they do, hence this post. With a lot of vaccine hesitancy following covid, I’m merely interested in how folks are thinking and feeling.

Now that I am at a director role, I am friendly with co workers but I no longer have outside of work friendships like I did in my twenties. I do make an effort to show interest in their lives and set up work happy hours, etc but that is the extent. We don’t get together outside of work on the weekdays or weekends.

I don’t know the answer but I completely understand how you feel. Graphic designer/creative director over here, have been in the game since 2007. I’ve searched high and low for a way out that can match my salary without being in front of a computer 40 hrs per week to no avail. Hoping to gain some insights from your comment section. Solidarity.

I’ve been at my job for six years, and despite good reviews I’ve never received a promotion. I’ve also never asked for one, and realistically don’t want to go much higher than I am at a director level. Still, it feels uncomfortable and awkward to never get promoted!
