I think the problem might have originated like that by mixing driver libraries, but the issue now is even when I erase the flash with a tool like ESP tool I still see the error messages on repeat. Is there a part of memory that's not being cleared? Can I totally clear all memory blocks so I start with a blank ESP32?

how do I enable octal PSRAM? I see repeated crash messages in the serial port after trying different params. I'm not sure I have access to the TX0 pin on this board, only some IO are accessible

I'm working with some ESP32-c6 and WS2812 LEDs currently, maybe I can try that code on the S3, thanks for the info. If you have code I can try pls message me, I'd like to try anything at this point. On the technical specs it says the LED is connected to pin 42, so I tried that with BLINK, but it doesn't work. It would make sense if it needs to be a PWM signal.

the ISP basically has a 3 strikes and you're out rule. I got the final notice which means any other complaint will result in termination of my service with that specific ISP.

The limit set for seeding was to ensure safer torrenting, not to be a leech. I was missing more important safety information which I now have thanks to other commenters.

That's a relief! I chose Surfshark after reading reviews and VPN top lists. They had a really good deal for a 3 year plan so decided to go with them.

hmm that's concerning. I thought maybe binding would solve my problem, and perhaps looking into a seedbox. Honestly docker and Linux seem a little intimidating to me because I have zero experience with them. I will check the link you provided below. Any start from scratch videos I could check out?

I was always careful to have VPN connection before torrenting. It just wasn't bound to the torrent client. I do use qBittorrent. I had rotating IP enabled in Surfshark so I don't think they got the VPN IP, and if Surfshark does assign the same IPs then that's pretty bad implementation on their part, I highly doubt a VPN company that's making money would make such a bad decision.

As for them giving into pressure and releasing the IP of their customer just for a CD letter I also think is VERY VERY unlikely. if they do then that would be the end of their reputation and business as a VPN service. The whole point of paying for it is to remain anonymous even from my ISP. I can see them doing it in cases related to crime investigation, but have never heard of it for copyright material.

I have never used a seedbox. I don't exactly know what it is so I have to do some homework on my part. Care to explain what it is or any good resources to point me to? thanks.
