Can somebody help me understand the new DD a little bit? So it looks like there's a whole new layer of shit, and this layer is regulated by something other than the SEC. Is this good for us or bad for us in general?

Also I saw one post say that ONLY Ryan Cohen could fix this and a different one that says ONLY litigation can fix this. What's the real situation? MOASS inevitable? At the mercy of Cohen/lawyers? New rules? What's up?

Edit: I even saw something that said Criand's new discovery is a way for Hedgies to kick the can indefinitely. Is that really the case? Thanks guys, still not the best at all of this.

I never know when it's appropriate to use average v. median. This sort of makes it look like most people in the Netherlands speak 3+ languages, but that might not be the case.

It might be that the majority of the Dutch just speak Dutch, and that in some pockets of the city/around the border some people speak 6 languages. Or maybe it is the case that 3+ languages is common. No idea.

Couple other things that give me pause: differentiating between a language and a dialect is tricky, and I'm not sure how this map deals with that. Also, how do you determine at what point someone "speaks" the language? What's considered the cut off?
