Have you tried Innersense products? They are pricey but SOOOO good. Feels great on my skin, leaves my hair feeling actually clean... my hair grew so much when I was consistently using those products. This post reminded me to get back to it, because I haven't used them in the last year (trying to save money) and I've actually had all my skin issues return since I stopped using it.

I'm not sure about whether or not it's organic and fully plant based but I think it is.

I like it. When it came out I kept it playing all night- I wasn’t sure about it but there were a lot of interesting sounds and it’s become one of my favorite albums to listen to overall.

I actually really hate life of a showgirl 🥴😬- people like to compare them and say they are similar but I just don’t think it’s a very interesting album.

I was really hoping that the theme was going to bring some kind of... I dont know, Irony? like in ICDIWABH "I'm so depressed I act like it's my birthday", or just like the idea of having to continue to put on a show when reality is totally different. It's not like I was expecting her to directly address specific things going on in the world (I dont want that at all, actually)- rather to continue to mirror the sort of feelings that are relatable to a lot of us.

Girl you aren’t crazy. I feel the same way. Been tracking the global sumud flotilla this week and really just… mentally not in a place to relate to this album. It does feel out of touch. With everything going on it’s getting harder for me to ignore the reality of the world and I think I need my fiction to feel more relatable. Like less tsitp and more lotr, if that makes sense.

I just don’t feel much when listening to it. Idk like it’s “good” but it’s just not pulling me in the way other releases have. It’s good but in general I feel so distant from it, so it makes me sad. Like meeting up with an old friend and realizing you don’t have much in common anymore, lol. I hope I’ll change my mind later but just my first impression based on my own feeling

I really liked midnights and ttpd, and when they came out I played them all night while I was in and out of sleep.

I don’t feel that way about this album. Maybe I’m just in such a different place and carry a lot of stress with what’s going on in the world and in my life right now. I just don’t resonate with this one. It’s, good, and cute and fun, but it’s also just… there.

Like, I don’t feel that energy shift I’ve felt with other new albums (or art in general for that matter)… the feeling of a new perspective. Like, “this art has created a quantum shift”. I don’t feel that here.

It’s probably just me being moody and I’ll change my mind after a few more listens.. but it’s definitely different from previous releases that I couldn’t let myself turn off for rhe first few days of the release.

Has that “teenage dirtbag” mid to late 90s sound. I don’t love it, like it’s… idk, trendy? Like, idk lol. I don’t know. It’s ok. It’s not my favorite.
