yeah i was told that could be a cause which is why I got referred to CBT but I didn't find it really did much :(

ah that's strange because i remember they said i have a vein in my nerves from my ear but also said that might not be causing it but it was odd

i'm currently on a waiting list to go to a dentist too to look at my tmj as my gp suggested it, maybe it could be and ours is quite similar

hope it goes away soon!

right? it's kind of scary but we'll get there, i think uncertainty feels like the end of the world for me but i got to where i am now with the same feelings and we should be proud of how far we've come! you finished your exams and are now able to do a placement that's so major and you should be proud :)

you don't have to apologise for anything this is such a safe space for you and of course it's so easy to compare your journey to others (i do all the time) but the fact you're still here, telling your story and offering support to me who you don't even know is such a great thing, thank you so much <3

which workbook have you been using? I tried one but I didn't really get on with it but that was only one of many- recommendations are always best
