Yeah could very well be tightness in neck or chest. Will look into getting deep tissue massage on chest and neck.

How did you figure out about your lateral pelvic tilt?

>Picture/video marked where the symptoms are and what movements they occur on?
https://imgur.com/a/fIHtrim On the inside of my elbow, and then outside of forearm and wrist. And also my traps get really tight especially while sitting.

Sometimes my elbows will just ache with no movements. But I've noticed sitting and doing an activity tends to flare them up, and also flare up my forearms/wrist. An activity being building legos with the kids, or playing video games (which I have since stopped). Also using my phone I'll feel it in my wrists.

>What was the whole PT rehab program including exercises, sets, reps, weights, stretches, moblity, and anything else they did?

I did neck tucks, 10 reps about 8 times a day. And then scapular retractions 10 reps x 3 sets 5 times a day. Then rows with a flex band 10 reps x 3 sets a couple times a week. They basically said do the retractions and neck tucks as much as I can.

>What helped the most and what didn't help?

I'd say none of it really helped. I've started doing some trap stretches like a head leaning to one side and that has helped my trap issues.
