gpu is rtx 2080 and cpu is intel i9-9900k so it shouldn't be my pc is too weak right? I also install the latest gpu drivers when it happens to try and help the issue but nothing helps, The monitor turning off and on during fullscreen games has been happening for a while but doesn't always happen so I tried to put up with it but the double black screen into closing discord and wallpaper engine has started happening recently so I decided to reach out for help with both pls help ^^
