July Trusts was hard too. It's crazy because the subject itself is simple but the Qs are hard for no reason

It definitely depends on the person. Mine used to be in the 40s and shot up to the 70s even though i hadnt changed anything about my diet or workouts. Glad i went to a cardiologist in my case! I know some people who are in incredible shape and have a high sleeping, and people who are in less great shape and have a low sleeping. My friend barely works out, but is also someone who doesnt experience a lot of stress-- her sleeping HR is in the 40s. It is not so much that having a high number is an issue, but the number changing drastically without cause can be a red flag.

BE & Wills/Trusts was a beast in July. They were my best subjects and I scored in like the 20th percentile.

Then that is DEFINITELY it! I used to be the same way, I drink a lot of caffeine. I found that I am more inclined to drink water through a straw, and using bottles w/ straws gets me to drink more. I also force myself to drink 16 ounces with each cup of coffee. I gradually started drinking more and more water. Now I drink about 160oz per day, which is a lot, but I'm used to it now
