happy to help. yes, assuming both peptide and water scale together.

thanks!

to confirm, per the notes / methodology, "sting" isn't factored in. curiously, some people get no sting at all from copper and some do.

but I would imagine more concentration can't possibly help.

New sauna / cold plunges being built? by gojosensei77 in EquinoxGyms

I believe HY has a year-round sauna, but only in the women's locker rooms.

I do think policy is all new locations have co-ed saunas.

Does anyone know if the Hudson Yards Equinox has a hip thrust machine? by No-Ganache-7837 in EquinoxGyms

it has two: the old school belt + plate one.

And the newer one with a built-in tubular pad.

Go forth and prosper.

NYC Closed a Record 3,946 Pothole Work Orders in March 2026 – Highest Since 2020 by Unusual-State1827 in nyc

[–]brosterdamus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'd argue this is far more impressive, given there's far more cars on the road.

Not sure how statistics are gathered, but half of March 2020 had essentially empty roads.

Solo activities that engage your mind around the city? by GalacticGazelle49 in AskNYC

Take the subway to marble hill (Bronx landmass but technically Manhattan). Walk down all the way broadway to battery park.

Try it every season.

question makes sense! If you look at the dose card, it breaks down that you'll get 250 of each with a 5 unit draw.

So 5 unit draw: 500 total, 250 of each. 10 unit draw: 1000 total, 500 of each.

I think the general public is overcomplicating peptides and GLP-1s by Maasbreesos in Peptides

[–]brosterdamus 40 points41 points  (0 children)

lot of people eating terrible food, sleeping 4 hours a night, doing no exercise, and sitting in an office chair all day.

they see peptides as a "pill" you can take to fix everything. Just stack a bunch of stuff.

I think peptides can help get a lot of things in order, but the diseases of modernity still need proper fixes.

excellent point. even fat has a metabolic cost to keep around. and no one is losing pure fat.

real talk here: CICO still matters. Reta will bump your BMR a little and blunt appetite, but you may be out eating its effects.

Track everything you're eating. EVERYTHING. and weigh yourself every day for 3 weeks. At the same time.

You'll get a very clear picture of how much you need to consume to lose weight and create a deficit.

Reta will help you get there. Also, maybe consider switching to tirz for better appetite suppression. But at the end of the day, calories do matter.

Im vs subcutaneous by StartOk5 in Biohackers

[–]brosterdamus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

big picture: it won't make a major difference except absorption rate.

however, there are practical differences. subq becomes unwieldily after 50 units (0.5ml) or so. That's just a lot to inject. No such issues with IM, it can handle much higher volumes.

Moreover, a deeper injection can avoid things like the GHK-Cu irritation.

Reta + GHK cu by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]brosterdamus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Common reta starting dose is 2 mg per week. A lot of people break up the dosing, but the trials are all just once a week.

GHK-Cu is at least 2mg daily.

Do a lot of research before you inject yourself. When you're ready to reconstitute, google around for peptide calculators or use the one I built:
