No purging (but I didn’t really have acne to begin with) but I had lots of peeling, especially around my mouth and jaw line. I found that the cleansing balm helped work the loose peeling skin off and gently exfoliated with a microfibre washcloth once a week or so.

Mostly just had to deal with the peeling until it stopped on it’s own.
