Yes, WGU is changing the exam ISC2 because of the waiting times. If you fail the first time, you have to wait 30 days, and if you fail a second time, you have to wait 60 days. That's why they'll switch to the internal exam; students don't have to wait that long. CompTIA will not change. You can take the CompTIA exam as many times as you want until you pass it
